by Palm Beach Gardens – Tiger Woods gave no clue as to his return to the PGA Tour, including if he could enter the classic of cognizant in the beaches of Palm, saying that he did not “think of Golf “After his TGL match on Tuesday.
“I really didn’t think of golf,” said Woods, Jupiter Island’s resident when he was asked if he could add Cognizant to his PGA Tour program.
“I don’t think I’m going to think about it here.”
Woods withdrew from Genesis Invitational from last week after her mother, Kultida Woods, died on February 4. During the broadcast on Sunday in the final round, he said he was trying to “play more” in 2025 and speculation is that he wanted to play twice before the Masters, which is from April 10 to 13.

Woods would have options, including the players’ championship at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, from March 13 to 16. He could play cognizant and the players with a week of leave between the two events.
The deadline to enter the cognizant next week is Friday at 5 p.m.
Woods is eligible for players because of his Masters 2019 Masters victory.

Apart from the majors, Woods made no mention to play in other events.
Woods, who played his third TGL match on Tuesday evening, played once in a competitive way, other than TGL, since his Cup in British Open last year. He played in five events in 2024, finishing one, The Masters, where he ranked 60th. He withdrew from Genesis because of the disease and missed the cup in the PGA, US Open and British Open championship.
Woods played five times in the Cognizant Classic, the last 2018 when it finished 12th in what was then the Honda Classic. His best finished a T2 in 2012, two shots behind Rory McILroy, who is now his partner in TGL.
